The house has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a full bathroom and a deck that looks out into the garden and pool. The two other bedrooms are across the hall and have a full bathroom between them. All rooms have large closets with wooden louvered doors. The fourth bedroom is at the other end of the house and has a full bathroom next to it.
The living room is a large space with about 40 feet high beautiful angled ceiling made from your local wood that looks very much like cedar, the kitchen has a bar with stools for an eating area. There is a pantry nearby and there is a game room upstairs as well.
All rooms have fans and all bedrooms have single air conditioners.
It has a big bohio with beautiful soaring ceilings, fans with lights and is furnished with dining table, chairs, and lounge furniture for an outdoor living room. There are also two hammocks and additional seatings.
The entire garden area has lighting plus an outdoor shower and also a covered pergola are near the pool for lounging.
Simply a great rental home to relax and enjoy the beach area.
The rental price is $850/week or $2,200/month; the price includes all the utilities/amenities/services detailed above.
