Terms & Conditions

Reservations and payments

 

  • Once RentinPanamaCity.com has confirmed the availability of one of its apartments, the client shall pay a reservation deposit of $500 in order to guarantee the reservation
  • Please note that the booking won’t be confirmed until RentinPanamaCity.com has received the reservation deposit and you have received a confirmation email from RentinPanamaCity.com.
  • The rent is due on or before the day of arrival
  • Payment for the reservation deposit and rent can be made in cash, via credit card (+4% fee), wire transfer (+ $50 fee), certified local check, or cash
  • The rates are all in US dollars

 

Services and utilities

 

The following services and utilities are included in the rates of our executive apartments:

  • Weekly cleaning. Extra cleaning days can be arranged for an additional charge, depending on availability of cleaning staff & tenant needs. Please contact our office regarding additional cleanings
  • Maintenance Fee (condo fees)
  • Cable TV basic service
  • Internet
  • Water bill
  • Electricity bill. Up to $125/month for a one bedroom apartment, up to $175 for a 2 bedrooms apartment, up to $225 for a 3 bedrooms apartment. Client is required to pay any amount exceeding this limit

 

Cancellation/Changes

 

  • Notice of cancellation or change must be given 30 days prior to arrival. RentinPanamaCity.com reserves the right to keep the $500 damage deposit in case this condition is not respected
  • Should RentinPanamaCity.com be unable to provide the client with the property they have booked, RentinPanamaCity.com reserves the right to offer them a property of similar characteristics. The Client will have a choice of accepting the substitute property or request a full refund of all monies paid. RentinPanamaCity.com will not be liable for further claims by the client and will not be responsible for consequential damages such as travel expenses, alternative lodging, or other expenses

 

Arrival and departure times

 

Unless otherwise agreed, clients should arrive between 2 PM and 7 PM on the day of arrival and vacate the property by 10 AM on the day of departure

 

Occupancy and use

 

The client will inform RentinPanamaCity.com of the number of guests associated with the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by RentinPanamaCity.com, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the following limits:

  • One Bedroom:  3 people maximum
  • Two Bedrooms:  5 people maximum
  • Three Bedrooms:  7 people maximum

 

The apartment is for residential purpose only; tenants must avoid noise and disruptive behavior. Persons not granted entrance by the building administration or security shall not be allowed in the building or apartment. The use/possession of unlawful drugs in any form in or around the apartment is not allowed.

While RentinPanamaCity.com will do their utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, RentinPanamaCity.com cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise. RentinPanamaCity.com also reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs.

RentinPanamaCity.com reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required by the company's business policies. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted.
